On behalf of the Conference Organizing Committee, we would like to thank you for your active participation in the 1st International Conference on Health Services Delivery Management from 14-16 October 2009 at the Topland Hotel, Phitsanulok, Thailand.

Also, we would like to thank you for your kind contributions to the participative construction of the Phitsanulok Declaration. We are now extending our International Conference virtually until 15 November 2009 in order that you and other colleagues could have more ideas and critical thoughts on the further development of the final draft Declaration.

Furthermore, we hope that it would be a starting point for all of us to support the networking and collaborations of the people involved in the conference.
